1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cornichons, gherkins or dill pickles
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle chilies*

    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt.
