This recipe is adapted from the Acai and PB Smoothie at the juice bar at the Complete Body gym in NYC. Instead of strawberries, you can use one banana or a cup of any other fresh or frozen fruit you like.

Ingredients

1 3.5-ounce packet frozen unsweetened açaí purée
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup vanilla whey protein powder
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend açai purée, almond milk, strawberries, protein powder, and peanut butter in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
