1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened in refrigerator 20 minutes

Preparation

  1. Place ice cream in a large bowl and gently fold in jam until streaks form. Transfer to an 8½x4½” loaf pan; smooth top. Cover and freeze until scoopable.
