1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper or 1 ½ tsp. hot smoked Spanish paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
