Cheesy French Bread

Ingredients

One 8-ounce package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
One 16-ounce loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise

Preparation

  1. Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and garlic powder, stirring well. Spread this mixture on the cut sides of the bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the topping is melted and lightly browned.
