Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Too hard

    Step 1

Place the bowl over a pan of hot water and stir gently until reheated.

  2. Too soft

    Step 2

It’s too warm. Ganache needs time to cool to get to spreading consistency. If you don’t have time, put the bowl of ganache over a bowl of ice and stir continuously until it reaches the proper consistency. If you don’t have even that much time, decide it’s a glaze and pour it over whatever you were planning to spread it on.
