Ingredients

1 pound Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup hot picante sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or other hot sauce
2 whole jalapeño peppers, slit open and seeded

Preparation

  1. Put the cheese in a 1-quart microwave-safe dish and microwave at full power to melt, about 5 minutes, stirring midway through. Stir in the picante sauce and hot sauce. Garnish with the jalapeño peppers.
