Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces milk
3 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons lime juice
3 or 4 ice cubes
1/2 cup crushed ice
Club soda

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the crushed ice and soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Put the crushed ice in a highball glass, and strain in the mixture. Add soda to fill and stir quickly to make it foam up.
