Ingredients

2 cups Ruby Port
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Chilled club soda or seltzer water
6 lemon slices for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a large pitcher stir together well the port and the juices. Divide the drink among 6 glasses filled with ice cubes. Top off the drinks with the soda and garnish them with the lemon slices.
