Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried dill weed or dill seed, or 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Dash of celery seed
Vinaigrette
4 cups cooked carrots

Preparation

  1. Combine the dill, celery seed, and vinaigrette. Toss with the carrots and marinate overnight, well covered. It keeps for several days and just gets more dilly.
