Ingredients

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
6 ounces feta cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Spread can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
