Fondue

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cheese, stringy

    Step 1

Stringiness may be caused by overheating or overstirring. You may be able to rescue the cheese with a splash of white wine or lemon juice gently stirred in. Adding a bit of cornstarch may also help. If it becomes too thick, keep adding wine. Adding more cheese may work, too. If nothing works, enjoy it anyway. There are few things more fun than sharing stringy fondue with friends. Hilarity will ensue.

  2. Chocolate, separated

    Step 2

Chocolate fondue needs to be kept at a very low heat. Try adding a bit of cream, but accept that it may be too late.
