Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Four 6-ounce salmon steaks
1 lime, cut into wedges

Preparation

  1. Mix together the oil, lime juice, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the salmon steaks all over with the mixture. Set up a grill or preheat a broiler.
