Ingredients

Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lump of sugar
Slice of lemon, studded with 3 cloves
Strip of orange peel
1 jigger golden rum
Boiling water
Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. In a glass or mug, combine the lemon juice, sugar lump, a clove studded lemon slice, strip of orange peel, and golden rum. Add boiling water to fill the mug and stir the drink with a cinnamon stick.
