Ham

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Curling

    Step 1

If slices of ham are starting to curl under the broiler, make a slice through the fat on the edge every inch or so. You can do this quickly and easily with scissors. It is the fat that curls, not the meat.

  2. Salty

    Step 2

Slice the ham. Soak the slices in milk for 15 to 30 minutes, then wash them off in cold water. This won’t affect the taste of the ham at all, except to make it less salty.
