Ingredients

3/4 cup vodka
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon crème de cassis
Ice cubes
Lemon peel twists

Preparation

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in glass measuring cup. Let stand 10 minutes. Strain into martini shaker or another cup. Mix in cassis. Add ice; shake or stir until very cold. Strain into glasses. Garnish with lemon.
