1/2 cup hot jalapeño jelly
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 1/2 cups chopped peeled pitted mango
1 1/4 cups chopped red bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño chili, minced

Preparation

  1. Whisk jelly and lime juice in large bowl. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; chill.)
