Mustard

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Need some, have none

Do you have any powdered mustard? You can make your own prepared mustard by mixing 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered mustard with 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1/4 cup white wine. The longer you let it sit, the mellower it will taste. At least a couple hours is recommended. (Of course, in that time you could run to the store for a jar of mustard.)
