Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 tablespoon orange zest
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir together the orange zest, orange juice, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl. Pour in the olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until emulsified. Season with freshly ground pepper.
