Ingredients

1 tablespoon chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups frozen peaches
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds and coconut water in a small bowl and stir well. Let soak for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight). Place chia mixture and remaining ingredients, in the order listed, in blender and blend until smooth.
