Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8 × 4 × 3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Great with homemade jam.
