Potato Chips

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Broken

    Step 1

Here is something mildly interesting to do with broken potato chips—more interesting than throwing them out, at least, and faster than gluing them back together with Krazy Glue: break them up even more, and then use them as a casserole topping, to add crunch to a sandwich (tuna salad is particularly nice), or to top a salad.

  2. Soggy

    Step 2

Put them very briefly under the broiler; don’t let them brown. Or you can microwave them for 30 to 60 seconds on the high setting and let them stand for 3 minutes.
