Ingredients

2 ounces good-quality whiskey
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 egg white
1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon Chambord

Preparation

  1. Fill highball glass with ice cubes. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whiskey, lime juice, sugar, and egg white. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, then strain into highball. Slowly pour Chambord over back of a spoon into glass and serve.
