1/4 cup well-stirred canned cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez
zest of 1 lime
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, or to taste
Garnish: 1 lime slice

Preparation

  1. In a blender blend all ingredients with 1 cup ice cubes until completely smooth. Serve Margarita garnished with lime slice in a stemmed glass.
