Coconut Rice

3.8

(109)

The texture of this rice is moist and sticky, so do not expect fluffy individual grains.

Recipe information

  • Yield

3/4 cup well-stirred canned unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup long-grain white rice
